Learn how to choose the right tools
AI tools evolve quickly. IA Déclic takes a neutral approach: you discover several representative tools, learn to compare them and choose those that fit your needs best.
Before the training, a list of freely accessible tools (or tools with a free tier) can be prepared. No paid subscription is required.
Perplexity may be presented as one of the tools used personally by the trainer, notably for research, analysis and information structuring. Each participant remains free to choose the tools best suited to their activity.
Creativity and media
Hands-on AI image generation workshop
Presentation of voice, audio and video possibilities
Possible adaptation if the participant's or group's needs concern these areas
Image generation is covered by a practical workshop to understand the logic of visual prompts. Voice, audio and video tools are presented as demonstrations, with the possibility to go further in a custom training.
Optional introduction to AI-assisted programming
Depending on the participants' objectives and level, an optional introduction to AI-assisted digital creation can be offered. This part introduces the logic of programming and explores the basics of building a simple HTML web page.
The goal is not to train an autonomous developer in 15 hours. It is to show how AI can help understand a code example, correct an error, modify an HTML page and create a first small digital project.
- Introduction to instructions, variables, conditions, errors and tests
- Creating or modifying a simple HTML page
- Using AI to explain and correct code
- Thinking about a small tool or a showcase website
Indicative programme
History of AI, general workings, current tools, possibilities, limits and critical thinking.
Prompting, context, instructions, response formats, improvement and verification.
Practical exercises: writing, research, translation, organisation, creativity and productivity.
Confidentiality, responsible use, personalised needs and optional introduction to digital creation.
Participants may receive simple exercises between sessions. A final project is proposed between sessions 3 and 4 when scheduling allows. A period of about one week between these two sessions is ideal to experiment and prepare this project.
